The cheese factory “Cesar” processes 2 million liters of milk per year and produces Imereti cheese, sulguni, smoked sulguni, butter and sour cream. “Cesar” has two factories: in the village of Tsalka in Kvemo Kartli and in the highland village of Dioknisi in Adjara. collects milk daily from small and middle milk supplier farmers. The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points system (HACCP) is established in the enterprise.
